Laszlo Kolberg

Laszlo grew up in Germany with a deep passion for how the body moves and heals. He spent years training seriously in powerlifting, earning his German Fitnesstrainer B License and building a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and recovery science.
When he relocated to New Jersey, he enrolled at Brookdale Community College's Massage Therapy Program — one of the state's most respected — and graduated with his NJ LMT license.
Every session begins with assessment. Laszlo identifies the root cause of pain or restriction before treating it, drawing on Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, IASTM, and Nerve Mobilization.
