Terms & Conditions

Effective July 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and services provided by Vita Mobilis Therapeutic Massage, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010. By booking an appointment you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointments

All appointments are booked in advance through our website or by contacting the clinic. Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten your session; the full session fee still applies.

2. Home-visit service area

Home visits are offered within New Jersey and only where the address is within an approximate 30-minute drive of our Cliffside Park studio. Eligibility is checked automatically at booking based on ZIP code and travel time. Addresses outside that radius, or outside New Jersey, are not eligible for a home visit; you are welcome to book a studio appointment instead.

For home visits, you agree to provide a safe, private space with room for a portable table, adequate lighting, and no active hazards (pets separated, walkways clear). We reserve the right to reschedule or leave without providing service, and to apply the full session fee, if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate for treatment.

3. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. The following fees apply:

• Cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice: a late-cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• No-show (appointment missed without notice): 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Home-visit no-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of the scheduled service fee, to cover reserved travel time.

Fees will be charged to the card on file or invoiced to the email on file. We may waive the fee at our discretion in genuine emergencies or illness.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Package or prepaid sessions are non-refundable but transferable within 12 months of purchase.

5. Scope of care

Vita Mobilis provides therapeutic massage delivered by a licensed massage therapist in the State of New Jersey. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide emergency care. Our care is complementary to, and not a replacement for, medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking, and disclose relevant conditions on your intake form.

6. Health and safety

Please do not attend an appointment if you have an active fever, contagious illness, or open skin infection in the treatment area. Reschedules in these cases are made without penalty.

7. Testimonials, photos, and case stories

We may share client stories, before/after photos, or written testimonials on our website, social media, or other marketing materials only with the client's specific, written consent. Consent is requested separately, is always optional, and can be withdrawn at any time by emailingcontact@vitamobilis.health. When we publish stories without written consent, they are anonymized and any identifying details are removed.

8. Conduct

Vita Mobilis operates a strictly professional therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual language, or advances will end the session immediately with the full fee charged, and may result in refusal of future service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, marked with an "Effective" date, always applies to future bookings.
