Client Concern
Medically diagnosed carpal tunnel, nerve pain radiating up the arm, hand going numb at night, unable to sleep through.
Assessment
Compression wasn't isolated to the wrist. Tight scalenes at the neck, a shortened pec minor at the thoracic outlet, and an overloaded pronator teres and forearm flexor group were all narrowing the nerve pathway from above.Treatment
Single session targeting all four regions, scalenes, pec minor, pronator teres, forearm flexors, with neuromuscular release throughout.Result
Four weeks of relief after one session. Sleeping through the night.
